These cute stud earrings are great for everyday wear and a subtle touch of sparkle. This has definitely been a year of hashtags, from MeToo to TimesUp. The hashtag motif was inspired by an article about how it may finally be Time's Up for the jewelry industry (you can read the whole story here) and we're donating 20% from each sale to the Time's Up action fund, so each purchase has a real impact and makes a statement. These gold earrings are made to order, so please allow an additional 5-7 business days from the time of order for us to get them shipped out to you.

Shipping Information

All orders are insured for the full value and shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking and delivery confirmation. Next day and 2nd Day shipping options are also available for an additional cost. 2nd Day UPS shipping is recommended for orders over $1000 as USPS does not insure packages of this value or higher. Orders of in-stock merchandise generally ship next business day. Please allow 5-7 additional business days for custom orders and made to order items.

Liability of the package is transferred to the UPS once the package has been shipped. Enji is not responsible for late deliveries due to delays caused by USPS, UPS, or international customs offices. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address provided is correct. Any additional shipping costs due to incorrect address or unclaimed packages will be charged to the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for items postmarked within 14 days of receipt. All sales on custom orders and discounted items are final.

If returning items please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable carrier. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.

As a general rule of thumb, avoid wearing your jewelry in the shower, while sleeping, or when exercising. It is also best to avoid wearing gold jewelry when swimming or cleaning as chemicals such as chlorine can damage the metal. We like to follow the “last on, first off” rule to help keep them clean.

Natural wear and tear means polished and matte finishes turn into more of a satin finish over time, especially on pieces like rings which get heavier wear. We’re happy to restore your piece to it’s original finish anytime.

The silver in some of our items has been darkened with patina or plated with black rhodium, natural wear and tear will expose highlights over time. All of our white gold pieces are rhodium plated and we recommend having them plated again every year.

For light cleaning, mild soap and warm water works best. You can also use a clean soft baby toothbrush or makeup brush with soap and warm water for a little heavier cleaning.

All of our gold and silver pieces containing diamonds, rubies, or sapphires can also be cleaned with an ultrasonic or steam cleaner.

Pieces containing black tourmalines, morganites, aquamarines, or agates are not suitable for ultrasonic or steam cleaning.
