Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped via FedEx with tracking and delivery confirmation. Next day and 2nd Day shipping options are also available for an additional cost. Orders of in stock merchandise generally ship next business day. Please allow 5-7 additional business days for custom orders and made to order items.
Liability of the package is transferred to the FedEx once the package has been shipped. ENJI jewelry is not responsible for late deliveries due to delays caused by FedEx or international customs office. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address provided is correct. Any additional shipping costs due to incorrect address or unclaimed packages will be charged to the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for items postmarked within 14 days of receipt. All sales on custom orders and discounted items are final.
If returning items please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable carrier. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.
